A slightly muddy blue wildebeest staring at me. In contrast to buffaloes, wildebeest are gentle creatures who will run rather than fight. So this one might stare defiantly at me, but I’m not too scared.

A dear old friend was gaffed to death by such, his own. He visited his herd every day when he was attacked from behind.

Imagine I walked among three of them to take photos, where the came to graze among the tents at dusk. Also black rhinos. A nervous bathroom outing with black rhino two metres away.
